ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Connecting Room Policy

A limited number of connecting rooms are available. They cannot be guaranteed in advance and are subject to availability upon arrival. Options include 1 King to 2 Doubles as well as a limited number of 2 Doubles to 2 Doubles and 1 King to 1 King pairs.

Credit Card Policy

A credit card guarantee, deposit, or pre-payment is required to make a reservation. Every guest who checks in must present a valid credit card. We keep the credit card on file to secure room and tax for the duration of the stay plus 150 USD per night for incidentals. Cash payments are only allowed at checkout.

All credit card transactions require Chip and PIN.  Every guest who checks in must present a credit card with a Chip and valid PIN number.  Guests should contact their credit card company in advance of stay to set up a PIN number. 

Early Departure Policy

Guests who check out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate and tax. Penalties may vary based on the rate plan booked.

Extra Bedding Policy

A maximum of one rollaway is allowed per room. Rollaway beds are only permitted in Deluxe King and Grand Deluxe Partial Lakeview King bedded rooms.  Guest must book one of these two room types in order to accommodate a rollaway bed.  Rollaways and child rollaways may incur extra charges. Cribs are available upon request.

Gift Certificate Policy

Valid gift certificates are accepted. To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 50 pounds are welcome.  No fee will be charged unless the room requires additional cleaning or if there is damage.  A pet waiver must be signed at time of check in.  Pets should not be left unattended. 

Credit/Debit Card Policy

A credit card guarantee, deposit, or pre-payment is required to make a reservation. Every guest who checks in must present a valid credit card. 

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus 150 USD per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Credit Card Authorizations

Credit card authorizations for room, tax and incidental payment are accepted by the hotel.  All credit card authorizations are completed by a secure website link. To receive a credit card authorization form, please contact the hotel directly. Credit card authorizations are only accepted in advance of the reservation.  Credit card authorizations are not accepted within 72 hours of arrival.  A deposit in the full amount of the room and tax will be taken are time that the credit card authorization submission is received.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and suites are non-smoking. A 200 USD non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in the room.

Voucher Acceptance Policy
