Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
A limited number of connecting rooms are available. They cannot be guaranteed in advance and are subject to availability upon arrival.
Credit Card Policy
A credit card guarantee, deposit, or pre-payment is required to make a reservation. Every guest who checks in must present a valid credit card. We keep the credit card on file to secure room and tax for the duration of the stay and cover $150 per night for incidentals. Cash payments are only allowed at checkout.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate and tax. Penalties may vary based on the rate plan booked.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one rollaway is allowed per room. Guest rooms with two beds cannot accommodate a rollaway. The nightly charge for the rollaway is $40.
Gift Certificate Policy
Valid gift certificates are accepted. To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Small pets are welcome. No fee will be charged unless the room requires additional cleaning or damage occurs.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
A credit card guarantee, deposit, or pre-payment is required to make a reservation. Every guest who checks in must present a valid credit card.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus 150 USD per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Credit Card Authorizations
Credit card authorizations for room, tax and incidental payment are accepted by the hotel. All credit card authorizations are completed by a secure website link. To receive a credit card authorization form, please contact the hotel directly. Credit card authorizations are accepted in advance of the reservation and are not accepted on the day of arrival. A deposit in the full amount of the room and tax will be taken are time that the credit card authorization submission is received.
All guest rooms and suites are non-smoking. A 200 USD non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in the room.
