Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card and photo identification. There is a limit of $100 per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are not guaranteed at the time of reservation. Connecting rooms are subject to availability upon arrival.
Credit Card Policy
Please be advised that if you are using a Visa or MasterCard debit card as a form of payment at the time of check-in for your room reservation, a credit hold will be placed on the bank card. The amount reflects room and tax plus a $50 security deposit for any other charges which may occur during your stay. The final bill for the stay will be charged to the debit card at time of check-out and the remaining hold will be released within five business days from check out. The hotel will exchange Canada dollars, Euros, United Kingdom pounds, Japanese yen, Mexican pesos, and U.S. dollars. We are not able to exchange coin currency.
Early Departure Policy
There will be an early departure fee of $75 on reservations of two nights or more when guests check out prior to the original departure date. Guests are able to revise their departure date up until midnight of their first night without penalty. Departures on the day of arrival will be billed one night's room charge plus tax.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel's revenue management department directly.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Please ensure that all packages sent to the hotel include the hotel name and address, the name of the guest receiving the package, the arrival date of the guest, and (if applicable) the name of the convention they are attending.
The hotel accepts dogs that weigh less than 40 pounds for no additional charge. Guests with dogs over this weight limit are billed a one-time, non-refundable fee of $50 per stay. Upon arrival, we'll offer you a Westin Heavenly Dog Bed and a welcome amenity with information and supplies for your pet. Guests with dogs will be required to sign a damage waiver upon check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
The hotel does not accept any purchase orders as a form of payment. Questions can be directed to the hotel's accounts receivable department.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® program, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Guests who smoke in a guest room will be charged a $200 fee to cover the cost of cleaning the room.
