Special Conditions
Weekend Entertainment on Fountain Square
From late Spring through Fall, numerous functions (live bands, movies, etc) take place until 1am on Fountain Square on Friday and Saturday. Ambient noise from these outdoor events may filter into the guestrooms facing Fountain Square. Should you wish to avoid any disturbance caused by these occurrences, please request a standard room (facing the river).
Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years old to reserve a guest room.
Check-In/Check-Out Policy
Check-in time is 3pm and checkout time is 12pm (noon) each day.
Check Cashing Policy
Checks will be cased only for the Starwood Preferred Guests at the Gold, Platinum, or VIP Preferred levels.
Credit Card Policy
The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau, MasterCard and Visa.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check-out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date, will be assessed a one-time fee of 50% of the daily guestroom rate.
Extra Bedding Policy
Some room types will accommodate one rollaway bed.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are available in $200 increments (for guest rooms only) and may be purchased by contacting Dwan Leonard at (513) 852-6529 (Monday through Friday).
Guarantee Policy
A credit card guarantee is required for all guest room reservations. Cancel by 6pm (Eastern Standard Time) on day of arrival to avoid a one-night assessment for the cost of the room.
Noise/Disturbance Policy
To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed in the hotel guest rooms.
Road Conditions
Feel free to contact the hotel should you require information pertaining road or weather conditions which may delay your arrival.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Parking Policy
Self parking is available in the city-owned garage directly below the hotel for $15.00 per night (Monday through Friday) and $3.00 for Saturday, Sunday and major holidays). Valet Parking is available for $24.00 per day and may be charged to the guest’s room.
Pet Policy
Hotel accepts dogs up to 40 pounds. Pets must be accompanied by the owner at all times and are not allowed within the food and beverage areas of the hotel. No pets may be left unattended in a guest room. No pet deposit is required upon arrival to The Westin. Guests must sign waiver upon arrival at hotel and will be responsible for damage and cleaning.
Payment Policy
Third party credit card payments: If you would like to pay for another person’s room, a credit card authorization form must be completed and include a front and back photocopy of the credit card. Please contact the hotel’s Front Office to arrange for this service.
Smoking Policy

The Westin Cincinnati is a 100% smoke free hotel. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed to any guest who smokes in his or her room.
Telecommunication Policy
A telecommunication package is available upon request. This package includes High Speed Internet Access, domestic long distance calls, toll-free, local and operator-assisted calls. This “bundle” package must be requested through the Front Office upon arrival. Wired or wireless High Speed Internet Access (without “bundling”) is available for $11.99 for 24 hours (noon to noon).
