No Waitlists Accepted: July 25 and 26, 2014
On July 25 and 26, 2014, waitlist requests are not accepted. Please check for availability for these dates periodically after July 1, 2014. The hotel will not have a waitlist over these dates.
Weekends last longer at Westin with late checkout on Sunday. Availability may vary.
The hotel features four guest rooms that comply with the accommodation requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable state or local laws. Please advise the hotel a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival to reserve these accommodations. Additional items such as wheelchairs are subject to availability and additional rental fees.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years old to reserve a guest room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check-cashing services are available to Platinum Starwood Preferred Guests with proper identification. There is a limit of $200 per day.
Shirts, slacks or shorts, dresses or skirts, and proper shoe attire must be worn in public areas of the hotel at all times.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 50% of one night's room rate and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their confirmed departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date at check-in. Guests may change their departure date without penalty during the check-in process (when permitted by the terms and conditions of their individual rate plan).
Early Arrival Policy
The hotel will do its utmost to accommodate arrivals before the 3pm check-in time, based on availability. Please provide your estimated time of arrival during the reservation process, or contact the Front Office prior to your arrival with this information. Should a guest room not be available upon your arrival, the hotel will provide pre-registration services and happily store your luggage.
Extra Bedding Policy
Some rooms are able to accommodate one rollaway bed at no additional fee. The hotel is not able to provide a rollaway bed for double/double guest rooms.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are available in $200 increments (applicable to the cost of the guest room only) and may be purchased by contacting our Executive Office a minimum of 10 business days prior to the date the certificate is required. Please call (513) 852-6529 between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Charitable, non-profit organizations requesting a complimentary gift certificate should mail a letter of request on the organization's stationary to the attention of the Director of Sales and Marketing, The Westin Cincinnati, 21 East 5th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Based on approval of the request, please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Complimentary certificates may not be auctioned on any third party website.
To redeem all gift certificates, please contact the Executive Office to make your reservation during the hours noted above. Accommodations are based on the hotel's availability. The original certificate is required by the Front Office upon check-in.
Valid photo identification is required upon check-in. Guests reserving accommodations at the government rate will be required to present an authorized government ID upon check-in to receive this qualified rate.
Late Checkout Policy
The hotel's checkout time is 12pm. Requests for late checkout require Front Office approval. A $50 fee plus applicable tax will be imposed on guests checking out past 1pm. Guests checking out beyond 5pm on the confirmed departure date will be charged one night's room rate plus tax.
To ensure a restful stay for all our guests, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed in the hotel guest rooms or hallways.
Feel free to contact the hotel should you require information pertaining road or weather conditions which may delay your arrival.
Package Handling Policy
A package handling fee is applicable to all incoming and outgoing packages. Please contact the hotel for fee information. Packages must be clearly labeled with the guest's name, hotel's address, and arrival date. Requests for receipt of packages by the hotel should be made a minimum of three days prior to the guest's arrival to ensure proper handling and delivery by hotel.
The Westin Cincinnati welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds. Pets must be accompanied by the owner at all times and are not allowed within the food and beverage areas of the hotel. A maximum of two dogs per room are allowed. No other pets are permitted. We are happy to provide a Westin Heavenly® Dog Bed as well as food and water bowls plus a treat. No pet deposit is required; however, guests must sign a waiver during registration stating that the guest will be responsible for damage and cleaning. Please note: no pets can be left unattended in a guest room. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation should the hotel staff receive noise complaints from other guests.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Guests paying by check or cash must pay the room rate and tax for the entire stay at check-in as well as a returnable, $50 per-day deposit for incidentals.
For a non-guest wishing to pay for a guest room, please contact the hotel’s Front Office at (513) 852-2715 to arrange for this service. Please provide the name on the reservation and the confirmation number (if available). Once the reservation is identified, the hotel associate will email a secured e-credit card authorization form. To ensure a seamless check-in, this document must be completed and returned to the hotel 72 hours prior to the guest's arrival.
We are a smoke-free hotel. All guest rooms, suites, and public spaces inside the building are 100% smoke-free. Under the Breathe Westin® program, registered guests who smoke in a guest room or suite are subject to an additional fee of $200 so that the room can be sufficiently cleaned and readied for the next guest. Smoking is only allowed outside the building at least 20 feet from any entrance.
