Hotel Refresh Through October 2015
Through October 2015, the hotel will be undergoing a guest room refresh. During this time, guests should not experience any disruption as no additional noise is anticipated. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Hotel Closure: January 3, 2016
On January 3, 2016, the hotel will be closed for maintenance. The hotel will be without water for the day. All guests must depart in the morning on January 3rd. The hotel will reopen on January 4th. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Weekends last longer at Westin with late checkout on Sunday. Availability may vary.
All alcohol consumption on hotel property must meet Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission codes. Guests must be 21 or over (with valid identification) to be served alcohol on the premises.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to registered guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are not guaranteed but are subject to availability on a request basis only. The hotel features connecting Deluxe Rooms and Westin Executive Club Rooms, with one king-bedded guest room connecting to a room with two queen beds. After October 2010 we will also offer the option of connected rooms with two queen beds in each.
Early Departure Policy
Departure prior to the established check-out date will result in a $75 early departure fee.
Early Arrival Policy
Early Arrival/Early Check-in is subject to availability upon request.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available upon request (complimentary) in king-bedded rooms. Rollaways are not permitted in queen-bedded rooms per fire code.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate usage is based on space availability. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
A valid driver's license or other government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is based on availability. Guests checking out after 4pm will be charged half of an additional night's room rate plus tax.
Guest rooms, with the exception of our Luxury Suites, can accommodate no more than four total persons. Our two large Luxury Suites can accommodate six people each.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. Guest will be liable for repair and cleaning costs if excessive damage occurs to the guest room. If the damage is discovered after the guest departs, the credit card on record will be billed for the cost of the additional services. Guests bringing a dog are required to sign a pet policy waiver at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid credit card is required upon check-in. Cash is not accepted at check-in, though guests may pay with cash upon departure.
All public areas, meeting rooms and guests rooms are 100% smoke-free. Under the Breathe Westin® program, a fee up to $300 will be charged should smoking take place on hotel property.
