Noise Policy

It is important to us that every guest's stay is a renewing and peaceful one. Maintaining a quiet and sleep-conducive environment on guest floors is our highest priority. For this reason, we handle noise complaints in the following manner:

  • Upon the first noise complaint, we will issue a warning to the registered guest.
  • If there is a second complaint, everyone but the registered guest will be required to leave the suite and the guest floor.
  • In the event of a third complaint, the registered guest will be evicted from the hotel with no refund.

Food and Beverage Policy

Guests must be 21 years of age and present valid identification. All food and beverages for the purpose of entertaining in a guest room or suite must be provided by the hotel. Sale and service of alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Washington State Liquor Control Board. As a licensee, the hotel is responsible for the administration of these regulations. We accept dogs up to 80 pounds and all cats. No pet deposit is required, but a cleaning fee may be added if necessary. Pets must be accompanied by their owner at all times. No pets may be left unattended in a guest room.

Dogs may get exercise by proceeding north on Fifth Avenue, where there are available trees and patches of grass along the sidewalk.  Seattle has strict pooper scooper regulations. The nearest large park is Freeway Park near the convention center (7 blocks). Please contact the hotel for further information.

Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are not considered pets. They are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions that apply to pets or other animals.
