Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 20 years or older.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests under the age of 20 must be accompanied by an adult.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
The hotel does not make arrangements for babysitting/child care. Our Concierge will gladly assist in locating local child care facilities.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available.
Currency Policy
All rates are quoted in Japanese Yen, and are subject to local taxes and service charges accordingly.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. Late checkout is subject to availability and the following fees:
- From 12pm-3pm: 25% of room charge
- From 3pm-6pm: 50% of room charge
- After 6pm: 100% of room charge
Pet Policy
The Westin Tokyo does not allow pets on the premises.
Smoking Policy
Our hotel features smoking and non-smoking guest rooms and floors. Though smoking is permitted in our bars and in designated sections of some of our restaurants, other public areas of the hotel are smoke-free.
Visa/Passport Policy
Foreign visitors must present a passport upon check-in.
