Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Fitness Facility Closed Every First Monday

Connecting Room Policy
Connecting guest rooms are available within our Deluxe and Executive room types and can be arranged for a fee. Please include requests at time of reservation.
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 3pm. Requests for early check-in are subject to room availability. If available, 50% of the first night's rate will apply for checking in before 3pm. In order to guarantee early check-in, guest will need to book the previous night.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer extra beds upon request at an additional charge for guests over 14 years of age. During certain periods, extra bedding may not be available.
Executive Lounge Admittance Policy
With the exception of Cocktail Hours, guests must be 7 years of age or older to access the Executive Lounge. During Cocktail Hours guests must be 14 years of age or older. Reservations with Executive Lounge access cover up to 2 adults. Additional adults will be charge a fee.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 14 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
City Athletic Club Admittance Policy
Etiquettes and Regulations
Food and beverage items are not allowed to be brought into any part of the City Athletic Club, including the swimming pool and sun-tanning area. If any food or beverage items are brought inside the Club, guests or accompanied visitors will be asked to take the items outside.
Safety Regulations
- Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the gymnasium or the sauna and are required to use the swimming pool locker rooms for changing and showering.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to the swimming pool.
- Children under the age of 3 (36 months) are not allowed in the main swimming pool (25mX7.5m) and may only use the Jacuzzi.
- Floating devices are not allowed in the pool. Guests may only use the equipped devices in the City Athletic Club.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. A KRW200,000 (US$200) cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. The Circle lobby lounge is the hotel's designated smoking area. Smoking is only permitted in The Circle between 8pm and 1am. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Visa/Passport Policy
Passport is required. A visa is not required for a tourist stay up to 15 days. Please contact the Republic of Korea Embassy for Visa requirement details.
