Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are provided free of charge, but are prohibited in Traditional Rooms with double beds due to fire regulations.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
All guests checking into the hotel are required to show valid, government-issued, photo identification.
We have five guest rooms that meet all local municipal building code requirements for disability accessible rooms, as well as Access Canada's Level 2 requirements.
Alcoholic beverage service is available to those 18 years or older with valid photo identification.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Your furry friend can join you during your stay at the hotel. We'll welcome your pup with a Heavenly® Dog Bed, food and water bowls, a mat, and a treat. All pet owners must sign a waiver at check-in and may not leave pets unattended in their guest room. There is no charge for pets unless there is damage to the room.
By 10pm, guest room floors should be quiet and nonregistered visitors must exit accommodations. Guestrooms are not designated for social gatherings. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Catering Office at extension 5220.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, all guest rooms, suites, and public spaces inside the hotel are 100% smoke-free. Registered guests who smoke in a guest room or suite could be liable for an additional fee of 200 CAD to clean the room and prepare it for the next guest.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.

All guests checking into the hotel are required to present a credit card at check-in. We do not accept personal checks as payment, nor do we accept cash at check-in. However, we are happy to accept cash as payment upon departure if a guest so desires.
