Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in is based on availability.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $50 + tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Small cats and dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. Dogs over 40 pounds may be accepted at the discretion of the hotel, guests should contact the hotel directly to confirm. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in stating they are responsible for any damages that may occur. Pets are not to be left unsupervised in guest rooms at any time. Guests with pets will be assigned accommodations on guest room floors five or lower. Due to this reason, we cannot honor requests for rooms with harbor views.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Children ages 12 and under must be supervised by an adult.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel has a zero tolerance policy for noise disturbances and strictly enforce our quiet hour of 11pm. Guests who fail to respect our facilities and policies may be evicted and could be charged at or after departure for costs associated with rectifying damages.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Please contact the hotel for further information.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
