Ongoing Renovations: August 15, 2016 – April 30, 2017
From August 15, 2016 until April 2017, there are ongoing renovations to the interior and exterior of the hotel. The hotel will be adding a rooftop ballroom during the renovation. Please note, renovations will occur from 9am to 5pm and all efforts will be made to minimize the impact to our guests. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 19 years or older to reserve a room. Valid photo identification is required at check-in.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms may be requested but are not guaranteed until check-in. Please contact hotel for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available upon request and are subject to availability at check-in. Rollaways will only fit in rooms with one bed.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date without 24-hour notice to the front desk will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax.
Late Checkout Policy
Guests checking out between 12pm and 3pm will be charged $50. Between 3pm and 6pm, $125 will be charged; after 6pm, the full nightly room rate will apply. Late checkout is subject to availability.
Several Disability Accessible rooms are available. Each features an accessible sink in the washroom, wider door frames, lowered light switches, and lowered closet bars. Accessible rooms with a king-size bed feature roll-in showers for wheelchair accessibility.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests age 19 or older with valid photo identification. Alcoholic beverages cannot be removed from any licensed area of the hotel. Alcohol is prohibited in the lobby and pool/health club area.
Food & Beverage Policy
Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all food and beverage served on the hotel property must be supplied and prepared by the hotel. Taxes and service charges are subject to change.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
We welcome dogs up to 70 pounds. We ask that you sign a waiver at check-in. Dogs may not be left unattended and must be on a lease while in public areas. No other pets are permitted. Please contact the hotel for further information.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® commitment to clean air, the hotel is 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 200 CAD per day will be applied to the account of any guest who smokes, use of the electronic cigarettes or vapor-based apparatus in a guest room. Smoking is allowed outside of the building in designated areas only. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate reservations are based upon availability and may be subject to blackout dates. Please contact the hotel directly to make reservations.
Third-party credit card authorizations can be arranged by calling the hotel directly. We do not email or fax authorization forms for PCI compliance reasons.

A valid credit card is required at check-in. A minimum security deposit of 100 CAD will be authorized on the card. Guests who want to pay with a debit card or cash must provide a 200 CAD deposit at check-in and may not charge incidentals to their guest rooms.
