Destination Marketing Program Fee
As of May 1, 2013, a Destination Marketing Program (DMP) fee of 2.66% plus tax will be charged for each reservation. The fee is remitted to the Greater Toronto Hotel Association in support of regional tourism development.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with government -issued photo identification to reserve a room. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available in the lobby. For Starwood Preferred Guest Gold members the limit is CAN $250 per day, and for non-Starwood Preferred Guests the maximum is CAN $100 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
Each of our room types offers connecting options. We are happy to try to accommodate specific room configurations by request, but cannot guarantee availability of connecting rooms. Please contact the hotel with your request.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $50 applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Family Plan Policy
Children 17 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy

Package Handling Policy
Our staff will be more than happy to hold or deliver packages per your request. Please contact the hotel directly for associated costs and to make any necessary arrangements.
We welcome any dogs less than 40 lbs to stay at the hotel provided that guests sign a waiver at check-in. We reserve the right to charge the guest's credit card for any additional cleaning and excessive damage.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
For third party payments, the cardholder must call the hotel directly to arrange payment. The hotel does not accept credit card authorization forms via fax or email.
Each guest's name must be on the reservation at time of check-in. Photo identification is required to complete the check-in process.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel are smoke-free. The fine associated with smoking in guest rooms is $200.
