Guest Room Renovations Through March 2018
Through March 2018, guest rooms in a separate tower of the resorts’ main building are being converted into luxury villas. Occasional moderate noise is anticipated between 8am and 8pm. Please contact the resort for further information.
Resort Renovations: April 9 - July 2, 2018
From April 9 until July 2, 2018, there will be ongoing renovation work in the following areas:
Restaurant El Palmar and the surrounding triangular swimming pools
Heavenly Spa by Westin™
WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio
During this time, construction areas will be fully surrounded by fencing and work will occur daily from 8am to 8pm. Guests should expect moderate noise during this time; however, all efforts will be made to keep disruption to a minimum.
All other restaurants, pools and amenities including the new Flow Rider will remain open for guests’ enjoyment. Please contact the resort for additional information.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
No personal checks are accepted.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
In order to safeguard the credit/debit card holder, guests must present at check-in the same credit/debit card that is used at the time of the reservation.
