Resort Renovations: April 6 - August 22, 2018
From April 6 to May 30, 2018, the Lagoon terrace and surrounding area including the Sea and Stones restaurant will undergo renovations.
From May 2 until August 22, 2018, there is renovation work in the following areas:
Restaurant El Palmar and the surrounding triangular swimming pools
Heavenly Spa by Westin™
WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio
During this time, construction areas will be fully surrounded by fencing and work will occur daily from 8am to 8pm. Guests should expect moderate noise during this time; however, all efforts will be made to keep disruption to a minimum.
The Heavenly Spa by Westin™ and WestinWORKOUT® will be available in a temporarily location. All other restaurants, pools and amenities including the new Flow Rider will remain open for guests’ enjoyment. Please contact the resort for additional information.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property.
Service Animals that are covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act are permitted.
Check Cashing Policy
No personal checks are accepted.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
At the time of check-in, the guest must show the same credit card used to prepay the reservation as well as proof of identity. If these requirements are not met, the hotel will charge the guest 100% of the cost of the stay when checking in and will proceed to refund the prepayment submitted at the time of the reservation.
