ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. The hotel has a wheelchair available for guest use. Shower chairs and commodes are also available upon request for guest rooms.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Baby sitting suggestions are available upon calling the hotel in advance. The hotel does not endorse any agencies.
Check Acceptance Policy
The hotel does not accept checks for payment on the day of arrival. Guests wishing to pay by check must submit the check at least 10 days prior to the day of arrival.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date without 24 hour notice given to the hotel. This fee is 100% of the nightly room rate. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Due to our room configurations we do not offer roll away beds, cots or air beds.
Gift Certificate Policy
Reservations using gift certificates must be booked with the hotel directly and are subject to availability. To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Pet Policy
Pets are accepted. There is a pet charge of $50 per stay and a pet waiver must be signed at check-in.
Carte di credito/Bancomat
Al momento del check-in verranno addebitati sulla vostra carta di credito o bancomat l'importo del vostro soggiorno e una caparra a copertura degli oneri accessori. Tale importo sarà trattenuto fino al momento del check out quando saranno addebitate le spese effettivamente sostenute durante il soggiorno. Se una carta bancomat è stata fornita a titolo di pagamento, verrà effettuato un rimborso in contanti per i fondi trattenuti in eccesso rispetto all’importo effettivamente sostenuto e addebitato.

Smoking Policy
There is a $200 CAD cleaning fee if a guest smokes in their room. Balcony suites available where guests can smoke on the balcony with the door closed.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist.
