Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid ID and driver's license. There is a limit of $100.
Credit Card Policy
If payment is going to be by credit card, then the card holder must be present at check-in. If the card holder will not be present at check-in, a credit card authorization form can be faxed to the guest to be filled out. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two double beds. Rollaway beds can only be placed in rooms with one king size bed.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed. A $100 deposit is required, but will be refunded if no damage is found. Advance reservations required.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. Colorado law prohibits smoking in public areas and within seven feet of a door.
Suite Policy
Please reserve suites directly through the hotel.
