Limited Rollaway Bed Availability: December 25 – January 1
From December 25, 2014 through January 1, 2015, rollaway bed availability will be limited due to high demand over the holidays. Please contact the hotel directly to request a rollaway or for further information.
Disabled Accessible Policy
The hotel has 5 disabled accessible guest rooms and all dining outlets are wheelchair accessible.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card and photo identification. There is a limit of $100 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
There are a total of 11 pairs of connecting rooms in the hotel. Westin King Rooms connect to Deluxe Twin or Westin Accessible Twin Rooms. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival if connecting rooms are required.
Credit Card Policy
A 1.5 percent fee applies to all transactions settled by Credit Card. This fee will be added to the total of the transaction.
Early Departure Policy
Full-night charges apply for early departures on non-refundable bookings, and/or during peak periods.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are granted upon request and based on availability. For guests arriving on early morning flights who require their rooms prior to our standard check-in time of 3pm, we recommend that you confirm your reservation for the previous evening as well. An additional fee of up to 100% of your guaranteed room may apply for arrivals before 3pm.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one rollaway bed is permitted per room. The charge for a Heavenly Rollaway Bed is $80 AUD. Heavenly Cribs® are available free of charge.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. A maximum of two children are allowed in Deluxe Rooms with two double beds. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is based on availability on day of departure and cannot be guaranteed.
Late check out fee is:
- Up to 2pm - 50 AUD
- Up to 4pm - 100 AUD
- Up to 5pm - Half Day Rate
- After 5pm - Full night accommodation fee applies.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Reservation Payment Policy
Payments by cheque must have seven days to clear prior to the guest’s arrival. Credit card authorisation or cash security bond is required upon check-in.
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must contact the hotel for a credit card authorisation form, which must be filled out and returned to the hotel via fax or email prior to the guest’s arrival.
The hotel is 100% smoke-free. This includes all public areas, function spaces, food and beverage outlets, and guest rooms. In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, a $300 AUD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy so that their room may be properly refreshed.
