We are an ADA-compliant hotel. Our seven spacious ADA Accessible Rooms feature roll-in showers and some have grab bars in the bathtub.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
The hotel does not accept checks as payment during check-in. Guests wishing to pay by check must submit the check at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card and photo ID. There is a limit of $100 per day and $300 per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms can be requested upon arrival and are subject to availability. We cannot confirm connecting rooms in advance. If you have special circumstances that require a connecting room, please contact the hotel directly in advance.
Credit Card Policy
The hotel has instituted a faxless, paperless credit card authorization process. Please call the hotel directly for more information.
Early Departure Policy
There is an early departure fee of $50. Guests must give at least 24 hours notice in order to cancel without penality.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is complimentary and subject to room availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Due to fire safety regulations, the Heavenly Rollaway Bed is only available in rooms with king-sized beds.

Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are subject to availability and may be complimentary until 1pm. Guests checking out between 1pm and 6pm will be charged $50. After 6pm, the full nightly room rate will apply.
We strive to provide a quiet, relaxing environment for all guests. Therefore, we reserve the right to ask guests and patrons who egregiously and overtly disturb other guests to leave the premises.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outgoing packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the fee schedule.
We welcome man’s best friend to stay the night, and will greet your furry friend with our signature Heavenly® Dog Bed, a food bowl and mat, and a doggie treat. Owners must sign a waiver at check-in. All dogs have to remain leashed while in public areas and may not be left unattended in guest rooms. Dogs over 40 pounds must be approved in advance by contacting the hotel prior to check-in. Cleaning fees may apply. Park Street is adjacent to our pet-friendly hotel, and just a few blocks away is Portland’s Park Blocks, which has several grassy areas that are ideal for dogs.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax, and incidentals. Cash is only accepted at checkout.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, all guest rooms, suites, and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. Registered guests who smoke in a guest room or suite could be liable for an additional cleaning fee of $200.
Tax Exempt Policy
The City of Portland extends tax exemption to any federal government employee traveling on official government business. An official government exemption certificate, identification, and travel authorization is required upon check-in.
