Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
All guests must be 21 to consume alcohol on the premises, and will be asked to show a photo ID in all of our outlets. Guests may not bring outside alcohol to the lobby or pool or any other public space. Hotel alcohol service is available until 12am Sunday to Friday and until 1am on Saturday, in accordance with city liquor laws.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
The hotel does not provide babysitting services.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $50 per day with a maximum of $300 per stay.
Early Departure Policy
A guest may change their departure date at check-in. For a change after this point, an early departure fee will apply. Early departure is subject to a one-time charge equal to half of the daily room rate (e.g. if room rate is $150, early departure fee is $75).
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is complimentary, but based on availability. A request may be made when reserving a room but cannot be verified until the day of check-in. Please contact Service Express® directly on the day of arrival to place or follow up on a request.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bedding is available upon request. Rollaway beds are complimentary and also available upon request. Rollaway beds may only be used in king rooms for fire safety reasons. Maximum one rollaway per room. Cribs are also complimentary and available upon request. Please contact the front desk or Service Express® for any extra bedding requests.
ID Requirement
A valid photo ID (driver's license or passport) that matches the name on the reservation and on the form of payment is required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout may be available depending on occupancy until 3pm for no charge. After 3pm the guest is charged a half-day's room rate, and after 6pm the guest will be charged for a full night. Gold & Platinum SPG guests receive complimentary 4pm late checkout.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Fees are applied per item and based on weight. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
The Westin Stonebriar welcomes pets weighing 40 pounds or less. Guests are required to sign a pet waiver at check-in which includes contact and pet information; there is no deposit. The pet is to be kept on a leash while in public areas, and is not allowed in food and beverage areas, including pool areas and golf course. We allow two pets per guest room; dog bed, bowl, and pet welcome kit are available upon request.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax, and incidentals. For guests paying with cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and $50 per day will be collected at check-in.

Smoking Policy
We are a smoke-free hotel. In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, there is a $200 cleaning fee for smoking in any of our guest rooms so that the room may be refreshed for the next guest.
