Beginning March 28 through mid-June, 2016, Amérispa will be closed Monday through Thursday and open regular hours Friday through Sunday. Please contact the resort for further information.

Roof Work: June 6 – 17, 2016

From June 6 to June 17, 2016, restoration work will take place on the resort’s roof and chimneys. We do not anticipate this causing any disturbance to guests. Please contact the resort for further information.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification and credit card authorization. There is a limit of $200 per day with a maximum of $400 per stay.

Pet Policy

The hotel accepts dogs up to 40 pounds, no other pets are allowed. There are two pre-assigned units for dog owners; privileges are not based on status. Guests are required to sign a dog waiver upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for damage or excessive cleaning. Please contact hotel directly for availability and details.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
