The hotel facilities are disability accessible. Disability accessible guest rooms are available upon request in the Deluxe room categories; however, please note that showers are not roll-in showers. Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
The minimum age to register and check-in at The Westin Dublin is 18. A valid ID is required at check-in.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services information can be provided; however, the hotel is unable to make arrangements on behalf of guests.
Check Cashing Policy
No personal checks are accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but are not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to request connecting rooms.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Early Arrival Policy
All requests for early check-in are subject to availability on the day of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved for the night before. In the event that your room is not ready our Concierge team will be delighted to store your bags until your room becomes available.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are subject to availability at a fee. Deluxe rooms and suites only accommodate rollaway beds with a maximum one rollaway bed per room.
Heavenly (SM) Cribs are provided upon request, free of charge, maximum one crib per room allowed. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel at (353)(1) 645 1129. Room availability is subject to black out dates in line with the terms and conditions of the voucher.
To purchase a voucher, please contact the hotel directly at (353)(1) 645 1000. Vouchers can be purchased for any monetary amount at the discretion of the guest
In the interest of our guests’ wellbeing and safety, our housekeeping associates will enter all rooms daily even if Do Not Disturb sign is displayed. For more information, please speak with the Manager on Duty upon your arrival.
All guests must present valid photo identification at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
All late checkout requests are subject to availability on the departure date. Late checkouts between 12pm to 4pm will be charged up to 50% of the full room rate from the previous night. For checkout after 6pm a full night's room rate will apply.
To ensure quiet stays for all guests, parties are not permitted in guest rooms or suites. A noise complaint will result in an eviction from the hotel without a refund of that night’s charge.
Please consult the terms and conditions of your reservation for the maximum occupancy of a guest room. A limited number of room categories can accommodate three adults.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third Party Paymeny Policy
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax a signed authorization form by the cardholder prior to the guest's arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card.
The form must be faxed to (353)(1) 645 1403; email submissions are not accepted.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 EUR cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
