Starwood Preferred Guest Information
As a villa property, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4:00 p.m. late check-outs and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants and bars, some elite welcome amenities are not available. Also, in regards to Free Night Awards:
- May only book within 365 days of arrival
- Inventory may be limited
- Starpoints acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Starwood Vacation Ownership property.
Pool Closure and Information: October 6 - November 3, 2014
From October 6 to November 3, 2014, the Paradise swimming facilities and pool deck will be closed for renovation. During this time, guests will have access to the East Pool as well as access to the hotel's pool next door. Please contact the resort for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $200.
Early Arrival Policy
We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Cribs, Highchairs and Rollaways
If you're traveling with little ones, just let us know, and we'll make sure you have the cribs and highchairs you need. Rollaways are subject to a $5.00 per night fee (which is subject to change). Call Starwood toll free at 800.325.3535 (U.S. & Canada).
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem your certificate please fax a copy of the certificate along with your name, address, phone number and selected choices to (407) 903-4302 or call 1-800-583-6170 extension #7.
For your comfort, we include a complete cleaning of your villa prior to check-in, as well as a restorative mid-week refresher. If you prefer, daily housekeeping can easily be arranged at a nominal charge. Allow us to service your villa or accommodate any special requirements you may have. Just call us directly at (760)770-8250 or let us know at time of arrival.
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property. Allow us to assist you in finding one of the many kennels and pet boarding facilities in the area to best serve your needs.
Breathe in the fresh air. Our resort is smoke-free. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all enclosed public areas, including the villas. The balcony or lanai of the villa, if so equipped, is a designated smoking area. A fee may be charged to cover the expense of restoring the smoke-free environment of our villas. In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.
