Pool Closure October 6 - November 3, 2014

From October 6 to November 3, 2014, the Paradise Pool and deck area will be closed for renovation. During this time, guests will have access to the East Pool as well as all the pool facilities at The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Villa Refurbishment: 2015

Throughout 2015, the resort will refurbish villas’ interiors. Work will primarily take place inside villas, and each building will be closed off and separated by safety fencing. Disruptions are not anticipated, and all resort facilities will remain open. Please contact the resort for more information.

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $200.

Early Arrival Policy

We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.

Cribs, Highchairs and Rollaways

If you're traveling with little ones, just let us know, and we'll make sure you have the cribs and highchairs you need. Rollaways are subject to a $5.00 per night fee (which is subject to change). Call Starwood toll free at 800.325.3535 (U.S. & Canada).

Gift Certificate Policy

To redeem your certificate please fax a copy of the certificate along with your name, address, phone number and selected choices to (407) 903-4302 or call 1-800-583-6170 extension #7.

Housekeeping Policy

For your comfort, we include a complete cleaning of your villa prior to check-in, as well as a restorative mid-week refresher. If you prefer, daily housekeeping can easily be arranged at a nominal charge. Allow us to service your villa or accommodate any special requirements you may have. Just call us directly at (760)770-8250 or let us know at time of arrival.

Pet Policy

In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property.  Allow us to assist you in finding one of the many kennels and pet boarding facilities in the area to best serve your needs.

Smoking Policy

Breathe in the fresh air. Our resort is smoke-free. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all enclosed public areas, including the villas. The balcony or lanai of the villa, if so equipped, is a designated smoking area. A fee may be charged to cover the expense of restoring the smoke-free environment of our villas. In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.
