Indoor Swimming Pool and Whirlpool

Currently, the hotel is renewing the lap pool and whirlpool. The completion of this transformation is undetermined.  During this time, the remaining rejuvenating features in the Westin Workout area will be available.

Policies

ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms and facilities are available. Please contact the hotel to arrange wheelchair rentals.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Babysitting/Child Care Policy

Babysitting service referrals are available through the hotel’s Concierge Department at (412)560-6391.

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per stay.

Credit Card Policy

Guests checking in without a credit card are required to provide full payment and a $60 cash deposit upon arrival.

Early Departure Policy

Guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure without 24 hours notice will be charged a $75 early departure fee.

Crib Policy

For young travelers, inquire about our heavenly crib - a small area of paradise so they might sleep the night away. Crib amenities include: sheets, skirt, and heavenly rug. The hotel no longer provides blankets, bumpers or pillows.

Gift Certificate Policy

To purchase a gift certificate, please contact Lisa Besspiata at (412) 560-6305.

To redeem a gift certificate, please call the hotel directly at (412) 281-3700 and ask for in-house reservations.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. Guests must sign a waiver and release form upon check-in. Additional cleaning charges may apply. Dog amenities provided include: a Heavenly Dog Bed, bowl, and in-room door hanger.

Payment Policy

Full payment for guest room and tax must be provided upon check-in.
Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must contact the hotel for a credit card authorization form.
Cash and Checks – Guests paying with cash or check is required to leave a $200 refundable deposit for incidentals.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. A smoking area is available outside the hotel’s main entrance.

Hotel does offer a waitlist for sold out dates. Please contact the hotel directly.
