Extra Bedding Policy
Upon request, the hotel will happily furnish one rollaway bed to king rooms only at no additional charge. Rollaways are limited to one per room and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis after arrival.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Departure Policy
The hotel applies an early departure fee of $75 plus tax if not notified at check-in of the reservation date change.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in along with a credit card or cash deposit of 100 USD plus full payment of room and tax. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. Requests for late checkout are based upon hotel availability. Departing after 2pm will result in a charge of a half night's room rate and tax. After 4pm, a full night's room rate and tax will be applied.
The hotel offers seven guest rooms that follow all local and municipal ADA requirements. These include five rooms with king beds and two with twin beds.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We do not offer on-site child care or babysitting services, but will be glad to provide a listing of local child care options upon request.
Package Handling Policy
The hotel does handle incoming packages for a fee. Please contact the hotel directly for exact charges.
We are happy to welcome canine friends up to 54 pounds at no additional fee. A waiver must be signed upon check-in and dogs may not be left unattended in guests rooms. Please ask about our Westin Heavenly Dog Bed and additional dog amenities for your stay.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Parties are not permitted in any guest rooms or suites. A maximum of four guests is permitted in a guestroom or suite at any one time. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. Any compensation given to guests disturbed by you or your guests may be charged to your account at the hotel’s discretion.
Under the Breathe Westin® program, the hotel proudly offers a 100% smoke-free environment for its travelers in all guest rooms, public spaces, and restaurants. Registered guests who smoke or use e-cigarettes in a guest room or suite will be liable for an additional fee of $200 so that the room may be renewed for our next guest.
The hotel accepts personal and business checks as a form of payment with valid photo identification and approval.
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per stay.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. At check-in, an amount equal to room and tax charges along with an additional 40% will be pre-authorized.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
The hotel is pleased to honor gift certificates based upon availability and with prior arrangements. To purchase a gift certificate, please call (412) 560-6365. To use a gift certificate, please contact the hotel for reservation assistance, as gift certificates cannot be honored as payment at check-in.
Full payment for guest room and tax must be provided upon check-in.
Third Party Credit Card: A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must contact in-house reservations.
Cash and Checks: Guests paying with cash or check are required to leave a $200 refundable deposit for incidentals.
