Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Military personnel traveling with a valid military ID are permitted to check-in at the age of 18.
Extra Bedding Policy
Heavenly Rollaway beds are available only in rooms with king-size beds, based upon availability.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm departure date upon check-in.
All guests checking in are required to present a valid, government-issued, photo ID.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. Late checkout is available until 6pm for 50% of the day's rate. After 6pm, guests will be charged a full night's rate and fees.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
Package Handling Policy

At The Westin Charlotte we are proud to be pet friendly. We welcome dogs weighing up to 50 pounds and will happily provide a Westin Heavenly® Dog Bed, pet welcome kit, and food bowls with mat. Guests wishing to bring in their dog must sign a waiver which states that the hotel reserves the right to remove any pet at any time should such actions be required. For dogs weighing more than 50 pounds please contact hotel directly to confirm accommodation.
Under the Breathe Westin® program, we uphold the value of providing wellness throughout your travel and maintain a smoke-free property. All guest rooms, suites, and public spaces inside the buildings are 100% smoke-free. Any smoking in a guest room will result in a $200 cleaning fee so that the room can be refreshed for the next guest.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Should you not have a credit card at the time of check-in, a cash deposit $100 per night for incidental charges plus full room and tax for each night will be required at check-in.
