Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
We are pleased to accept checks as a method of payment when accompanied by a picture ID and credit card in the same name.
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $100 per day and $500 per week (stay).
In the case of a state or county evacuation order, all cancellation fees are waived.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are not guaranteed. They are available upon request and are subject to availability upon arrival. Please note that Superior Rooms do not connect. Deluxe and/or Grand Deluxe accommodations are the options for connecting rooms.
The dress code throughout the resort requires guests to wear shirts and shoes at all times.
Please note that Hollywood Prime has a Business Casual dress code. Shorts, baseball caps and flip flops are not allowed.
Early Departure Policy
While we are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request, once reservations are confirmed at check-in, early departure will incur a one night’s room fee plus tax.
Early Arrival Policy
While we are unable to guarantee early check-in prior to arrival, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guests' requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at time of booking unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate; please contact the resort directly for gift certificate availability at (954) 602-8700.
Please note that all certificates must be original, non-expired, and presented at time of check-in. Gift Certificates are non-transferable.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is based on availability and can only be requested on the day of checkout. Fees may apply.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, Hollywood, Florida is proud to announce the introduction of the Breathe Westin™ program. In response to guest requests, every guest room and all indoor areas are now smoke free. Smoking is allowed in many outdoor areas. To assist our smoking guests in this transition, we have added additional seating and ash bins on the resort grounds.
