Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. For more information, please contact the resort directly.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $100 per day and $500 per week (stay).
Dress Code - Hollywood Prime
Please note that Hollywood Prime has a Business Casual dress code. Shorts, baseball caps and flip flops are not allowed.
Fire Safety Policy
The resort is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and public areas.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy

Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Parking Policy
The resort offers paid 24-hour valet parking as well as paid self-parking. Parking is available in a multi level facility connected to hotel via a covered skywalk. ADA and oversize accessible parking is also available.

Resort Charge Policy
If applicable to your group/convention rate, there is a $16 per night resort fee which includes daily use of fitness center, shuttle between country club and The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, Hollywood, Florida, beach shuttle, local calls, 800 number access fee (first 60 minutes), domestic long distance call (first 60 minutes), High Speed Internet Access, in room coffee & daily newspaper.
Smoking Policy
The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, Hollywood, Florida is proud to announce the introduction of the Breathe Westin��� program. In response to guest requests, every guest room and all indoor areas are now smoke free. Smoking is allowed in many outdoor areas. To assist our smoking guests in this transition, we have added additional seating and ash bins on the resort grounds.
To ensure a refreshing experience upon each return, Westin Hotels & Resorts will enforce our smoke-free policy in guest rooms and balconies with a $200 cleaning fee for violations. For further information, please contact the hotel's manager on duty
Suite Policy
Please contact the resort directly at (954) 602-8700 to reserve the Governor and Presidential Suites or for any questions regarding these rooms. Reservations for these rooms cannot be made online. Guests should also be advised that we do not permit hospitality in the suites.
