Pool Closure: September 12 - 18, 2016

From September 12 through September 18, 2016, the pool will be closed for restoration work. During this time, the sauna will be open; however, the cold water bucket will also be closed. Guests will need to use the showers to cool off.  Please contact the hotel for further information.

San San Restaurant Operating Hours

Beginning April 17, 2016, until further notice, San San restaurant will be closed on Sundays. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Disability Access Policy

We have three Disability Accessible Rooms. Disability Accessible Rooms feature wider doors and grab bars in the bathroom. Additionally, the basin is wheelchair accessible. Please contact the hotel directly to book a Disability Accessible Room.

All public areas in the hotel are accessible via the elevator, including restaurants, bars, and the Westin Executive Club Lounge.

Alcohol Policy

Full alcoholic beverage service is available only to individuals aged 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.

Check Cashing Policy

Personal cheques are not accepted. Euro cheques are accepted (in the amount of 400 EUR) for payment only.

Currency Fluctuations

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 90% of the room rate. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaway beds are available on a request-only basis in select rooms. The charge for a rollaway bed is 35 EUR per day.

Cribs may be requested at no additional charge. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own crib bedding.

Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Gift Certificate Policy

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Please note that the hotel does not accept drivers' licenses as a form of identification.

Pet Policy

Dogs weighing 20 pounds or under are welcomed at the hotel. Please notify the hotel in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Guests are required to sign a  waiver. All guests with pets are charged a daily fee of 35 EUR. Additional cleanup charges may apply.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoking Policy

Due to local law, smoking is banned in all public areas and all guest rooms. This ban includes smoking in the lobby, bar and restaurants. All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in guest rooms will incur a cleaning fee of 250 EUR.
