Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Early Departure Policy
Departure dates will be confirmed during check-in. An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is complimentary, but is subject to availability. To guarantee early arrival, the room must be booked for the prior night.
Extra Bedding Policy
A rollaway bed, crib, or extra Japanese futon can be added to any guest room or suite for a fee, with the exception of our Standard Room.
ID Requirement
Guests are required to present valid photo identification at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to offer late checkout, subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge will be applied as follows: Late checkout before 3pm carries a fee of 25% of one night's rate; before 6pm, 50% of the room rate; and after 6pm, 100% of one night's room rate.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Reservation Policy
Guests must present a valid credit card at check-in. A deposit amounting to full pre-payment, including incidental charges, is required from all guests paying cash.
Visa/Passport Policy
Foreign visitors must present a passport upon check-in.
