Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with valid identification.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Cribs are provided upon request free of charge; however, the hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows. Guest must bring their own bedding.
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift certificates may be purchased through the executive office. The hotel accepts hotel-issued gift certificates only, subject to availability.
The hotel allows cats and dogs for a fee of 30 EUR per stay. Please inform our reservation department before your arrival if you plan to bring a pet. Owners are responsible for all pet-related cleaning and repairs.
Dogs are provided with Heavenly® Dog Beds and water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in the hotel’s dining venues; this exclusion does not apply to service animals. A pet must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle while in the hotel’s common areas. The hotel staff will gladly provide hygienic accessories and recommend walking areas, pet stores and salons, and veterinary clinics.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
