Special Conditions
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older.
Age Requirement Policy
All guests must be 18 years or older with valid, government-issued ID or passports to check into the hotel. We request that minors be accompanied by an adult.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are pleased to offer babysitting and child care services for hotel guests. Please know that some of the sitters may not be professionally trained and the hotel does not make any warranty or representation in respect to the qualifications of such babysitters.
Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Early Departure Policy
We accommodate early departures on request. However, an early departure fee of one night's room rate will be charged to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of 1 (one) extra bed is allowed in any one room.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request and subject to availability. In the case of a late checkout between 12pm and 6pm, MYR 50 will be charged per hour. After 6pm, the full room rate applies. Rates are subject to 16% tax and service charge.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
