Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. Please note some facilities within the hotel have minimum age requirements.

Currency Fluctuations

For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.  Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Disability Access Policy

The hotel offers five guest rooms that meet the requirements for disability accessible rooms.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Check Policy

Personal checks are not accepted for payment. In addition, the hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms may be requested, but are not guaranteed. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.

Early Arrival Policy

Early check-ins are subject to availability upon arrival. To guarantee early check-in, guests must reserve the room for the previous night, at the full room rate.

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaway beds and cribs are available at no extra charge, subject to availability. Grand Deluxe rooms and suites can accommodate a child rollaway. Cribs are provided upon request; the hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.

Spa Policy

Indoor Spa Pool and Hot Spa guests must be at least 18 years of age or under parental supervision if between the ages of 12 and 18. Children under the age of 12 years are not permitted to use the Arabella Spa facilities, regardless of parental consent and supervision.

Guests must be 16 years or older to access the Fitness Center.

Late Checkout Policy

A late checkout fee of ZAR 800 applies for late checkouts before 4pm; thereafter, a full room rate applies.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
