Possible VAT Change
Our prices include the applicable VAT (value added tax). Should the VAT rate be raised after room booking, the relevant VAT rate will be the rate applicable during the period of your stay in our Hotel. The room price may be increased thereby.
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Checks are not accepted for payment. In addition, the hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available by request but can only be guaranteed with the hotel directly.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
Gift certificate purchases are available with a minimum amount of 100 EUR. The gift certificates can be applied for hotel services direct in the hotel by prepayment. Please send the request to the General Manager´s Office at email@example.com.
Gift card redemption must be requested and is based on availability. Please send requests to Reservations Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ID Requirement Policy
Passport and identity card is required from all guests.
Hotel allows one pet per room. An additional fee will be charged per stay. Signed pet waiver is required at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
