Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. Items include a wheelchair available at the guest services desk, a flashing alarm for the hearing impaired, grab bars in the bath tub, and adjustable shower head height. Vehicle clearance in the self parking garage is 6' 3". Accessible spaces for high clearance vehicles are located in the valet parking drop off area. The accessible entrance to the hotel is located at the valet parking drop off area. Guests with disabilities may seek assistance from valet parking attendants as necessary. Alcohol Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Valid identification is required. Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the hotel or remove alcohol from the hotel property.
Age Requirement Policy
Must be 18 years or older to reserve a guest room. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid drivers license. There is a limit of $50 per day. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $75 may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
The hotel is unable to guarantee check-in prior to 11:00 AM unless the room was reserved for the night before as well. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway are available for only certain room types. There will be no more than four guests allowed for each room. Rollaways cannot be added to rooms with two double beds due to fire codes.
Meeting Room Policy
The above reflects maximum capacities; however, Westin Buckhead Atlanta uses 5 foot tables
Noise Policy
Parties are not allowed in the hotel Guest Rooms.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed and a $100 nonrefundable fee will be accessed at check-in. Accepting reservations for guests with dogs over 40 pounds or an animal other than a dog is at the hotel’s discretion and should be discussed with the General Manager.
Payment Policy
Third party credit card payments: A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must request a credit card authorization form by e-mailing buckhead@westin.com and return the completed form at least three days prior to the guest’s arrival.
Smoking Policy
The Westin Buckhead Atlanta is a 100% smoke free hotel. There is a $200 smoke removal fee for guestrooms. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Suite Policy
No more than 15 people in 1-Bedroom Suite, 20 people in the Presidential Suite, 15 people in Governor's Suite are allowed. Functions must be terminated by 10:00 PM. Outside food and beverage is not allowed. All food and or beverage can be purchased through room service or banquets. Please contact the hotel for further information.
