We are fully compliant with ADA. Our hotel features a flashing alarm for the hearing impaired, grab bars in the bath tub, and adjustable shower head height. Those in need of a wheelchair can find one at the guest services desk. Vehicle clearance in the self parking garage is 6' 3". Accessible spaces for high clearance vehicles are located in the valet parking drop off area. The accessible entrance to the hotel is located at the valet parking drop off area. Guests with disabilities may seek assistance from valet parking attendants as necessary.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Valid identification is required. Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the hotel or remove alcohol from the hotel property.

Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid drivers license. There is a limit of $50 per day.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $75 may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
Early Arrival Policy
We are happy to allow guests to check-in prior to 11am if the room is available, but cannot guarantee early check-ins in advance.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways are available for only certain room types. Rollaways cannot be added to rooms with two double beds due to fire codes.

Meeting Room Policy
The information on the meeting capacity chart reflects maximum capacities; however, the hotel uses 5-foot classroom tables, 72" round banquet tables and 6' x 30" conference style tables.
We do not allow parties in the guest rooms without prior knowledge or arrangements made with the hotel.
We allow no more than four guests in each room.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
We allow dogs up to 40 pounds inside the hotel. A $100 nonrefundable fee will be assessed at check-in. Accepting reservations for guests with dogs over 40 pounds or an animal other than a dog is subject to approval by the general manager. Please contact the hotel in advance for more information.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
For third party credit card payments we ask that the third party request a credit card authorization form by e-mailing email@example.com and return the completed form at least three days prior to the guest’s arrival.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, The Westin Buckhead Atlanta is a 100% smoke free hotel. Guests who smoke in the hotel will be charged $200 to cover cleaning costs.
To ensure the safety of our guests, we allow no more than 15 people in our Junior Suite, 20 people in the Presidential Suite, and 15 people in the Governor's Suite. Functions must be terminated by 10pm. Outside food and beverage is not allowed. All food and/or beverages can be purchased through room service.
