Kids Club and Game Room Refresh: Nov. 20 – Dec. 18, 2015
From November 20 to December 18, 2015, the Westin® Kids Club and Game Room will be closed for a refresh. Please contact the Service Express team at email@example.com, or call the hotel’s main phone number for further information.
Weekends last longer at Westin with late checkout on Sunday. Availability may vary.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with two pieces of valid identification, one piece which must be photo identification.)
Age Requirement Policy
Children checking in under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Credit Card Policy
Credit cards used for payment of accommodation charges must be in the name of the guest registered. Third party credit card payments are not permitted.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds (cots) are not available at this property. Please ensure the room type selected has adequate bedding to accommodate all guests staying in the room.
A valid photo ID is required for check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts after 11am must be requested on the morning of departure, and will be approved subject to availability. Guests checking out after 11am without authorization will be charged a late checkout fee.
Noise/Disturbance and Damage Policy
The resort has a zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise or any activity that disturbs other guests/owners. Any disturbance may lead to using a guest’s security deposit for compensating other guests/owners, and/or eviction from the premises without a refund of charges.
A guest will be charged at or after departure for repairs required to return a guest room to saleable condition if damage occurs to the room or fixtures during a stay.
Up to two dogs are welcome in a guest room or suite. Each dog must be at least 6 months old and weigh at most 40 pounds. A Heavenly® Dog Bed can be provided if requested in a reservation. Dogs must be pre-registered to ensure that a pet-friendly suite is available. Owners must sign a waiver at check-in and are responsible for any damage, additional cleaning, and compensation to other guests that may be required. Dogs must be leashed at all times, must not be left unattended at any time, and are not permitted in dining, pool, and recreation areas. Dogs are not permitted to bark excessively. Owners must clean up after their dogs. Non-compliance with any of the above policies may result in fees and/or eviction from the premises.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
Our unsupervised, outdoor pool facility is open seven days a week, year round, 7am-11pm. Hot tubs are also available during these hours. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub facilities.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking.
