Westin Executive Club Lounge Closure: December 24–25, 2013
From December 24 to December 25, 2013, the Westin Executive Club Lounge will be closed for the Holidays. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel has ADA-compliant guest rooms available. These rooms feature roll-in showers or grab bars in the tubs. One wheelchair is available. Please contact the hotel in advance regarding accessible room, wheelchair, or TDD equipment needs.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to Starwood Preferred Guest Platinum and Gold members who present valid identification. There is a limit of $300 per stay.
There are a limited number of king-bedded bedrooms connecting to double-bedded bedrooms. We cannot guarantee availability of connecting rooms in advance, but guests may inquire at check-in.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. The front desk needs to be notified 24 hours prior to departure to avoid a charge of 50% of the nightly room rate. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 3pm. If you arrive early, we will be happy to check on room availability but cannot guarantee early check-in.
Extra Bedding Policy
Due to county fire codes, no more than two beds are allowed in a guest room. Rollaway beds are available on request for those guests who are staying in rooms with one king bed.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
Valid Gift Certificates are accepted. Guests must present the gift certificate upon arrival for complimentary night(s). If no gift certificate is presented, the best available rate will be offered. Gift Certificate reservations are based on availability and must be pre-arranged by calling the Group Coordinator at (703) 537-4258.
For the security of all, guests checking-in to the hotel are required to show valid photo identification.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. Guests checking out after 1pm will incur a fee of 50% of the room rate. Guests checking out after 3pm will pay a full night's fee.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
We welcome well-behaved dogs up to 40 pounds (and service animals larger than 40 pounds). Dogs over 40 pounds may be allowed at the hotel's discretion. Please contact the hotel directly. No other pets are permitted. Guests are required to sign a pet waiver.
