Westin Executive Club Closures
The Westin Executive Club Lounge will be closed on the following dates:

Weekends last longer at Westin with late checkout on Sunday. Availability may vary.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve and occupy a room.
Regrettably, the hotel does not offer childcare or babysitting.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing service is only available for Starwood Preferred Guest Gold and Platinum members, and for a maximum of 300 USD per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but cannot be guaranteed. To ensure the security of all guests, all parties requesting connecting rooms must be present at check-in.
Early Departure Policy
All prepaid nonrefundable reservations will be charged the full amount of the entire length of stay. Other reservations may be modified at check-in, but will be charged an additional $50 plus tax for any subsequent change in departure date.
Early Arrival Policy
Requests for early arrivals prior to the designated 3pm check-in time will be granted based upon availability. For early check-in before noon, the hotel will block the room one day before and apply one night charge based on the quoted room rate.
Gift Certificate Policy
Hotel-issued gift certificates must be presented upon check-in, or the prevailing daily rate will apply.
A valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation is required at the time of check-in for registration.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is complimentary until 1pm, and based on availability. There is a $50 charge plus tax for late checkouts from 1pm to 3pm. A full night's room rate plus tax will apply to checkouts after 3pm.
The hotel maintains a "no party" policy on guest room floors. Anyone present who is not a registered guest of the hotel may be asked to leave. If the disturbance continues, the registered guest may be asked to leave without refund.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
We accept dogs weighing 125 pounds or less. They are not permitted in the food and beverage areas. Guests must sign waiver upon arrival at the hotel and they will be responsible for excessive damage or required cleaning. Amenities available for dogs include the Heavenly Dog Bed, food and water bowls with floor mat, dog in room sign, and welcome kit.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Guests wishing to pre-pay with a third-party credit card or pre-pay same day should contact the hotel directly. The credit card number and CVC security code will be requested at the time of payment. A deposit will also be taken.
The hotel is 100% smoke-free. In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, there is a $200 penalty for smoking in the guest room so that the room can be thoroughly cleaned and refreshed for the next guest.
The hotel does not maintain a waitlist.
