Early Departure Policy
There are no refunds for no shows and early departures. Cancellations of this type will forfeit 100% of the stay for each room reserved.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are allowed in 2 bedrooms suites only.

Pet Policy
The Westin Monache Resort, Mammoth graciously welcomes pets of most sizes. Owners must sign a waiver at check-in and are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning needed. Pets are not permitted in the resort’s food and beverage outlets and may not be left alone in your room. We are happy to provide a complimentary Westin Heavenly Dog Bed and food bowl with mat for use during your visit.

Resort Charge Policy
Guests will be charged a resort fee of $25 plus tax per room/per night, which includes unlimited in-room local and national long-distance telephone calls, unlimited Wired and Wireless High Speed Internet Access in guest rooms and public areas, valet/self parking, and ski valet local shuttle service.

We are an entirely smoke-free resort.
