Alcohol Policy

The hotel prohibits any alcoholic beverages from being brought into the hotel for any purpose. The hotel does not allow it's guest rooms to be used as "Hospitality Suites". Any guests found to be bringing outside purchased alcoholic beverages into the hotel will be required to remove the items immediately.

Check Cashing Policy

The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms may be requested but are not guaranteed. Traditional rooms with a king bed can connect to a room with two double beds. For more information please contact the hotel directly.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee of $75 applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are not accepted at this time.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 40 lbs are allowed at the hotel; cats are not allowed. Guest is responsible for maintaining control of their pet at all times while pet is on property, including but not limited to all public areas. Guest will assume all costs for repair/replacement of hotel property that is damaged by their pet. Hotel reserves the right to designate pet friendly floors/rooms for any guest regardless of Starwood Preferred Guest status. Guest must offer an emergency contact number at the front desk at all times when the pet is on property.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required at check-in. While cash is accepted as a form of payment, a credit card must accompany any cash paid upon check-in.

Fire Safety Policy

Candles and any type of open flame are prohibited.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. 

Local fire ordinance prohibits the use of any open flame in a guest room, including the use of candles. The guest will be charged for any damage to hotel facilities or disruption of hotel services caused by the use of an open flame in the guest room.
