Weekends last longer at Westin with late checkout on Sunday. Availability may vary.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of 100 USD per day.

Extra Bedding Policy

Heavenly rollaway beds are available upon request and confirmed at time of arrival, based on availability. A nightly fee applies. Due to local fire regulations, guest rooms with two double beds cannot accommodate a rollaway. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Refrigerator Policy

Refrigerators need to be requested in advance and will be issued based on availability upon arrival.

Pet Policy

Dogs 40 pounds or less are allowed. Cats are not allowed. A non-refundable cleaning fee of 50 USD will be charged per stay. Please note the following information:

  • Dog owners must sign a liability waiver at check-in and are responsible for excessive damage to the room.
  • Dogs must not be left unattended in guest rooms and are not permitted in food and beverage areas.
  • Up to two dogs are allowed in our dog friendly rooms on designated guest floor.
  • Guest is required to advise hotel prior before arrival date. Please contact the hotel directly.
  •  The following items will be supplied to guest upon request: Signature Westin Heavenly Dog Bed, food bowl and mat, official "Dog in Room" door sign, disposable bags. Fee and weight limit do not apply to service animals. Waivers are not required for service animals.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Non-Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Please contact the hotel for further information.
