Disability Access Policy

The hotel and guest rooms have disability access. Please contact Service Express to set up TDD equipment and wheelchair rental or availability.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or younger (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in.

Check Cashing Policy

Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers' checks are accepted, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.

Currency Fluctuations

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee may be applied to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.

Early Arrival Policy

Early arrival is subject to availability upon check-in.

Extra Bedding Policy

Guests are allowed a maximum of one extra bed per room for a fee. Every room type can accommodate an extra bed.

Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy

To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

Late Checkout Policy

A fee of 50% of one night's room rate will be applied to guests checking out past 12 noon. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Pet Policy

The hotel regrets that pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy

The hotel accepts cash, credit cards, local company check, and bank transfers for payment. Bank transfers are only accepted Monday through Friday but not on public holidays. Overseas credit cards must be presented upon check-in. Local credit card can only be authorized on-site. For third party payment, please call the hotel directly.

Smoking Policy

All public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking rooms. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Waitlist Policy

The hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact us directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guests should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
