Ongoing Renovations: November 20, 2014 - February 5, 2015
From November 20, 2014 to February 5, 2015, there is a 2.5 million dollar renovation project to improve the guestrooms, B.A.N.K. Restaurant, B.A.N.K. Bar, as well as The Vault Lounge. During this time, all efforts will be made to minimize disruption and noise. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Weekends last longer at Westin with late checkout on Sunday. Availability may vary.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per stay.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Credit Card Authorization Forms
Hotel will accept credit card authorization form for payment. Reservation must be made with valid credit card.
Dogs are allowed up to 40 pounds. Please be advised that a pet waiver must be signed upon check-in. A cleaning fee may be assessed at the time of check out and charged after departure.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Cash Payment Policy
If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a valid credit or debit card must still be presented at check-in and authorized for the full stay to cover the room rate, taxes, and incidental fees. At checkout, the hotel we will accept cash as payment and cancel the authorization on the credit or debit card; however, this cancellation can take 5 to 14 business days to complete. The hotel is not responsible for fees or charges related to authorizations.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy at the hotel's discretion.
