The resort has five guest rooms that meet all local municipal building code requirements for disability accessible rooms, as well as Access Canada's level 2 requirements.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 19 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
The resort accepts two types of Gift Certificates: paper ones that start with a P or a G and 4 digits and Bear Mountain Resort Gift Cards.
All guests checking into the resort are required to show valid, government-issued, photo ID as well as a credit card for payment.
A limited number of pet-friendly guest rooms and suites are available in our Fairways building. Guests who book one are welcome to bring one dog weighing up to 40 pounds. No other pets are permitted. We are happy to provide a Heavenly® Dog Bed, a pet welcome kit, food bowls, and a mat.
A cleaning fee will be charged upon departure: 20 CAD for one night’s stay, or 40 CAD for two or more nights. Our pet fee is subject to 15% tax.
Guests are required to sign a pet policy waiver at check-in. A pet may not be left alone in a guest room, and is not permitted in the hotel’s restaurants.
Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are not considered pets. They are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions that apply to pets or other animals.

Resort Charge Policy
Guests will be charged a resort charge of 18 CAD plus taxes (20.70 CAD) per day. The resort charge covers access to the fitness facility, unlimited local and toll-free telephone calls, 30 minutes of long distance calling in North America per stay, WIFI and wired high speed internet access in guest rooms and public areas, mountain bike rentals (limit of 2 hours per room per day), access to the Golf Practice Facility including range balls and clubs for range use, golf-bag storage, and self-parking in our on-site facilities.
We are a smoke-free resort. All guest rooms, suites, balconies, patios, and public spaces inside the resort buildings are 100% smoke-free. Under the Breathe WestinTM program, registered guests who smoke in a guest room or suite could be liable for an additional fee of 200 CAD so the room can be sufficiently cleaned and ready for the next guest.
