Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guest must be 21 years or older with valid photo identification to reserve and check into the hotel.
Check Cashing Policy
Hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Members only, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Pet Policy
Dogs up to 40 pounds are permitted but may not be left unattended in the guest room. Additional restrctions may apply. For more information please contact the hotel directly.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
The hotel does accept credit card authorization forms as a form of payment. Credit card authorization forms need to be recieved prior to check-in. A form can be requested by fax or sending a request to info@sheratonreston.com. A copy of the front and back of the actual credit card is required. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public areas are 100% non-smoking.
