Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Per state law, liquor can only be sold or served to persons over 21 years of age. A valid, government-issued proof of identification is required for anyone wishing to be served alcohol at the hotel.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Acceptance Policy
The hotel is pleased to accept personal or business check for payment.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are subject to availability upon arrival. Please contact the hotel directly to verify availability.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Although standard check-in is at 3:00PM, we understand that travel in today's world can take unexpected turns. The hotel offers a complimentary early check-in, which is subject to availability. Please communicate your travel itinerary with the Front Desk.
Extra Bedding Policy
Heavenly rollaway beds are available for a fee. One Heavenly roll-away bed can be delivered to any room furnished with a king-sized bed. Regrettably, a Heavenly roll-away bed cannot be arranged for any room already furnished with two double-sized beds.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please contact Stacy Lofthus at (619) 338-3681 for assistance.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Just can't leave your Westin Heavenly® Bed? Late check-out is available for an additional charge. Simply contact a Front Desk agent.
Room Condition Policy
Rooms are inspected after checkout. A damage recovery fee will be charged if the room and/or its contents are damaged.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Westin has gone to the dogs. Literally! We welcome your canine companion (up to 50 lbs.) with his or her very own Westin Heavenly dog bed and a polished food and water bowl for your guest room.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Pre-Paid Reservations
Hotel does not accept pre-payment for stays without written authorization. Please contact the hotel directly for further details and required forms.
Smoking Policy
You’re creating a healthy environment by choosing a smoke free hotel. There is a $200 cleaning fee for smoking in any of our guestrooms. Together we can keep the air fresh for all of our guests. For more information, please contact the hotel or visit westin.com/breathe.
