Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
We are pleased to accept personal or business checks for payment. Guests may send payment in advance or at check-in.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are subject to availability upon arrival. Please contact the hotel directly to verify availability.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in.
Early Arrival Policy
Complimentary early check-in is available upon request, subject to availability. To guarantee early arrival, guests should reserve the night prior to arrival. Please contact the hotel directly to make your request.
Extra Bedding Policy
We offer rollaway beds upon request, subject to availability. Fees apply. Guest rooms with two double beds cannot accommodate a rollaway bed.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please contact Dianne Bernardino at (619) 338-3681 for assistance.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is subject to availability. Checking out between 12pm and 6pm incurs 50% of one night's room rate. Checkouts after 6pm will incur one night's room rate.
Room Condition Policy
Rooms are inspected after checkout. A damage recovery fee will be charged if the room and/or its contents are damaged.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
We welcome dogs under 50 pounds, and provide complimentary dog beds and bowls for use during your stay. A pet waiver must be signed upon check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
We do not accept pre-payment for any stays without written authorization, nor do we accept purchase orders as a form of payment. Please contact the hotel directly for further details and required forms.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Hotel does not accept purchase orders as a form of payment.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® program, all guest rooms and public areas are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
