Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate requests/reservations are handled through the executive office. For requests, please email email@example.com or send a fax to (504) 553-5029.
Dogs 40 pounds and under are welcome. Cats and other animals are not permitted. Pets are not allowed in food and beverage areas and the pool area. A waiver must be signed upon arrival before the pet is allowed in any public areas. The name, breed and weight must be given at the time of the hotel reservation. A Heavenly® Dog Bed and welcome kit are provided. Additional charges for excessive damage and cleaning may be incurred. Dogs cannot be left alone in the guestroom.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
