Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to check in.
Check cashing services are available to Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest members who present valid identification. There is a limit of 100 USD per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
We accommodate connecting guest room requests whenever possible. Connections options are between double rooms or king and double rooms, subject to availability.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. Guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date will incur a charge of one day's room rate plus tax.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to offer early check-in based on availability. Early arrivals from 10am to 3pm will be charged 50% of the current room rate. Before 10am, the full room rate applies. To guarantee early arrival, we ask that guests reserve the night prior.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available in guest rooms with a king-size bed. We also offer the Heavenly® Crib in all guest rooms and suites.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are available until 6pm for a fee of 50% of the room rate. After 6pm, the full room rate applies.
Package Handling Policy
Package shipping and handling is complimentary on the day of arrival for up to two boxes and up to a maximum of 30 pounds. Please contact the hotel for additional information..
We welcome dogs weighing 45 pounds or less, and provide a Heavenly® Dog Bed, food and water bowls with a floor mat, and a “dog in room” sign. Cats are also welcomed. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be responsible for any necessary cleaning and/or repairs. Pets are not allowed in food and drink areas and must be on leashes while in public areas. Pets may not be left unattended in a guest room. A fee of 200 USD may be charged for a noise disturbance involving an unattended dog.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
In keeping with our Breathe Westin® initiative, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
