For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Seasonal Resort Closures
The resort will be closed for winter on the following dates:
- October 12, 2013 to November 7, 2013
- November 16, 2013 to April 30, 2014
- November 1 to December 31, 2014
During these seasonal closures, the Arion Resort & Spa will remain open.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check-in to a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer extra beds, upon request, fees apply. Children 12 years of age and older are charged as an adult.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Late Checkout Policy
We regret that late checkout cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability and for a fee.
Summer Admittance Policy
During the summer period, May 1 - September 31, hotel/resort residents may host up to 2 visitors with a 15 EUR charge on weekdays and a 25 EUR charge on weekends. Suite and bungalow residents are excluded from this charge. For further information, please phone the reservations department or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Dogs weighing 40 pounds or less are alllowed. Acceptance of any other type of pet is at the discretion of the General Manager.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Payment may be made by cash, by credit card or traveler's checks. The resort does not accept personal checks.
We regret that smoking is not permitted at the hotel including all guest rooms and indoors public areas.
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number or an email address and will be contacted if a room becomes available.
